Tyne Stecklein

Tyne Stecklein is a multidisciplinary artist, painter, professional dancer, mindfulness coach, and mother of three.

After the birth of her second child, painting became an unexpected source of healing as she moved through postpartum depression. What began as a personal creative outlet evolved into another way of expressing what she had explored through movement for most of her life: emotion, freedom, presence, and the courage to create without knowing exactly where something will lead.

Her visual work is intuitive, fluid, and rooted in movement. Drawn to color, florals, negative space, and the delicate balance between intention and surrender, Tyne’s work explores what can emerge when we loosen our grip on perfection and give ourselves permission to play, feel, and trust our own creative voice.

Her practice extends beyond the canvas. Tyne also creates and leads workshops that bring together art, mindfulness, movement, and personal reflection—using creativity as a way to move through emotion, reconnect with ourselves, explore what we want to create in our lives, and bring awareness to what may be standing in the way.

Across all of her creative mediums, Tyne’s work is rooted in one intention: to help people feel more present, more expressed, and more alive!
