My paintings and art are the artifacts of lived life and art practice. My works are attempts to resolve my perceptions into compressed experiential fields that remain opened. I hope my paintings may be a liminal window, a threshold, a unique possibility.

I realize that some of my most interesting paintings do not come from internal/external noise but rather happen when I allow that which is before me to reveal subtleties and comprehensible complexities.

I have faith in the expansive potential of painting and art to reveal, share, reflect and hold experience, as well as space for opened engagement.
