Farron Feiner
I weave to make the invisible visible.
For over twenty years, fiber has been my language, a way of translating what I receive in stillness into something you can stand before and feel. Each piece begins in meditation, where a design comes through to me. I weave it thread by thread, holding a high vibrational frequency in my body as the work takes form. My intention is that each finished piece holds that field, carrying frequencies of joy, inspiration, beauty, and love into the space where it hangs, and lifting the frequency of all who stand before it.
My work echoes the intrinsic beauty of the natural world, its landscapes, rhythms, and color. Color is frequency made visible. I'm most drawn to creating large-scale pieces with bold, playful palettes. My intention is for the work to be felt across a room, the way nature is felt, all at once, without explanation.
Trained in textile design (BA, CSULB) and rooted in a deep reverence for the craft, I handweave each one-of-a-kind piece in my studio using sustainable fibers. Each weaving is a singular event.
More than objects, my weavings are invitations, to slow down, to soften, and to remember your connection to community, to nature, and to the Universe. My hope is that when you are in the presence of one, it becomes a quiet anchor, a reminder that beauty is a frequency that exists within you, and you are always part of something larger.
