Emily Colvin is a Los Angeles-based artist working across glass, light, mirror, and sculpture. Her work is drawn to the places where light, memory, and reflection collide.

She paints on the reverse side of glass, creating small worlds that shift as you move around them. Her work is colorful, tactile, and meant to be experienced in person.

Colvin is also the 2026 Artist-in-Residence at Hotel Figueroa, where her practice extends beyond the studio through exhibitions, Salon Evenings, and community-centered cultural events that bring people together around art.

Her work is about more than making objects. It’s about creating a reason to look closer, come together, and experience something a little differently.
