I’m Bridge, a multidisciplinary artist and writer in awe of life on earth. I love working with all mediums, though I find myself touching clay most often.

My personal practice is mostly done at the potter's wheel. Wheel throwing provokes presence in a way that feels like home. I love the ancient nature of this art form and often reflect on the poetry of wheel throwing — spinning like the earth, the need to remain centered in both yourself and on the wheel — and most importantly, enjoying the messy process and remaining unattached to the outcome.

I have been teaching ceramic classes for a few years and love bridging people to clay. My approach is simple, playful and accessible for all. I am all about moving slowly, breathing deeply and enjoying the process of shaping earth with our own hands.

Violetsol, named after the love and light of my life, my soul dog Violet. She unexpectedly crossed the rainbow bridge this summer, and I am actively fumbling to find my way through the world without her. She shepherded me through early adulthood with unwavering grace and gifted me with a love beyond my wildest dreams. Violet, I am yours for all time.
